This song is dedicated to our dear friend and beloved drummer Liam Crone (2000-2021). Liam was an amazing friend, the most talented and gifted drummer, and an all around wonderful, loving soul. There are not enough words in the world to convey how bright of a soul they truly were. My sincerest apologies if the lyrics seem tasteless- I spent months trying to rewrite them and tweak the guitar parts, but it all felt disingenuous. This is the version of the song that last got Liams stamp of approval.
We love you and we miss you, Liam- this one's for you.
